What happens if my Child is unable to take a scheduled class?

In the event that you or your child is sick, having internet connection issues, or Skype is not functioning correctly, you or HSA will be able to cancel and re-credit your class back to your class package if you notify the staff at least 30 minutes before the class begins. In the event that you are unable or forget to notify the HSA staff 30 minutes before hand there are possible exceptions that could be made based on the situation and the discretion of the HSA Administration.
